My stay at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo was quite the experience. The views of Tokyo Tower from my room were amazing, and the comfort of the bed was hard to beat. However, I did find some drawbacks, such as having to pay extra for gym access and the breakfast menu lacking variety. Overall, I'd say it's a great place for the view but improvements could be made on some aspects.
Rooms
8.0
I had a corner room with stunning views of Tokyo Tower, which truly made my stay special. The room was clean and comfortable, but I did notice it seemed a bit dated compared to the lobby.
Service
7.0
The front desk staff were courteous and tried their best to assist, though I found the language barrier a little challenging at times.
Location
9.0
The location was fantastic for accessing both Shiba Park and various subway stations, making it easy to navigate the city.
Dining
6.0
The rooftop restaurant offered very nice views, but the dining options and breakfast variety were only average and could use improvement.
Facilities
5.0
I appreciated the clean and well-maintained facilities, but it felt unusual to be charged for gym access in a five-star hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo during my four-night business trip. The hotel offered excellent views from my room and a very helpful staff. However, the extra charges for facilities such as breakfast and the gym were quite surprising, and the location was a bit far from some major sites.
Rooms
8.0
My room on the 30th floor was spacious and well-appointed, featuring great views. However, the bathroom had an issue with the shower head holder, which was disappointing.
Service
8.0
The staff were all friendly and very accommodating, especially when I arrived early from an international flight.
Location
6.0
While the hotel was in a quiet area with good access to the metro and a shuttle to the railway station, it was not very convenient for reaching many sightseeing spots.
Dining
6.0
Dining options were a bit pricey, and despite some good offerings, I found alternatives like nearby Starbucks more budget-friendly for a light breakfast.
Facilities
5.0
Although my stay was enjoyable, I was surprised that amenities like the gym and pool required additional fees, which is unusual for a five-star hotel.

I recently stayed at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo for a night before my cruise, and overall, it was a pretty solid experience. My room was spacious with a lovely view of the park and Tokyo Tower, plus the bed was super comfy. However, the WiFi was ridiculously slow, and I found the bar's closing time a bit early for a five-star hotel. Still, the staff were professional and helpful, making for a pleasant stay overall.
Rooms

The room I had was spacious with a beautiful balcony view over the park and Tokyo Tower. The bed was incredibly comfortable too.
Service
8.0
Staff were very friendly and helpful, attentive to all my needs during my stay.
Location
9.0
The hotel’s location was great, near Tokyo Tower and in a quiet area, making it easy to relax while still being close to the subway.
Dining
7.0
I found the dining options a bit pricey, but the special for hotel guests at the main bar offered good value for two drinks and a generous appetizer.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were good but could use some updating. The bar's closing time of 10 PM was a downside.

I had a lovely stay at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo, with stunning views of Tokyo Tower and friendly service. However, the experience was somewhat marred by the bar service and a less-than-ideal room view. Overall, it was a good experience with some noticeable highs and lows.
Rooms
8.0
My room was spacious and clean, featuring a comfortable bed and an excellent view of Tokyo Tower. However, I had high expectations for the corner room's view, which unfortunately fell short as it was only viewable from one corner.
Service
7.0
The staff were generally friendly and helpful, making my stay pleasant. Room service was great, and the housekeeping kept my room spotless. However, the check-in and check-out felt a bit cold and uninviting.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location is fantastic for views, being close to Tokyo Tower and Roppongi Hills. It's in a quieter area, but some might find it a bit isolated with fewer dining options nearby after dark.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast on the 33rd floor had a wonderful selection and views of the city. However, my experience at the bar for dinner was disappointing due to unfriendly service and subpar food.
Facilities
6.0
While the hotel has excellent amenities, I was disappointed to find the pool and gym both unavailable during my stay due to maintenance, which was not clearly noted when I booked.

I enjoyed the beautiful city views and spacious room, although I felt the hotel missed the mark in some areas. The staff were polite and helpful, but I experienced some disappointments with the bar service and room amenities. Overall, I had a pleasant stay but I wish some aspects were more modernized.
Rooms
7.0
My room was spacious with stunning views, but it felt outdated and lacked some practical features like a towel rack near the sink. The bathroom design was nice but could benefit from refurbishment.
Service
7.0
The hotel staff were generally pleasant and accommodating, though my experience at the sky bar was less than stellar. I felt more like a tourist than a valued guest there, which was disappointing.
Location
7.0
The location was nice, close to the stunning Tokyo Tower, but I found it somewhat isolated. There weren’t as many nearby dining options compared to other parts of Tokyo like Ginza or Shinjuku.
Dining
7.0
The dining options had a good variety, but I thought they could improve in selection and presentation, particularly at the buffet. The atmosphere was much better at the top floor compared to the basement restaurant.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities like the pool and spa were decent, but I found the bar pricing excessive and ending up in the extension area was unsatisfying. The amenities could use more variety and clarity.
