nice stay
japanese breakfast convenient location
the japanese breakfast was amazing. the location is convenient to the shibakoen station and akabanebashi station. it is a quiet location, a bit away from the city but still close to the transit stations.
i was disappointed with the 33rd floor sky lounge for evening food. the staff seemed functional and not very helpful. their default response was to wait 15 to 30 minutes for seating, even when many tables were empty.

The 33rd-floor breakfast offers excellent views and service. a japanese breakfast option is available at the b1 level. waiting times can be long on the 33rd floor. Guests may need to queue during peak hours.

the hotel provides luggage delivery service to rooms. i requested an extra blanket and it arrived quickly. there is also a shuttle bus service to hamamatsucho station for convenient access to haneda airport.

polite staff attentive staff convenient location free shuttle
I liked that my room was prepared early. The staff was polite and attentive, meeting my needs. The hotel's proximity to the Zojoji temple and the iconic landmark was especially convenient. I found the free shuttle service very useful for getting around.
The fitness center required an extra fee per session. This seemed unusual.

This location provides easy access to a subway station and nearby dining spots. This makes exploring simple. I enjoyed the proximity to a temple and the beautiful surrounding park. It was also very close to a well-known tower.

The staff were kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. I received an upgrade to a room with a tower view at a reasonable cost. I found the team very cute .
